2. If customers terminate accommodation contracts in whole or in part for reasons attributable to the customer (unless the hotel has requested the payment of an accommodation fee indicating a payment date in accordance with Article 3(2) and customers have cancelled the accommodation contracts before such payment), the customer shall be liable for payment of the cancellation fee in accordance with Table 2. However, in the case of a special agreement in accordance with Article 4(1), the customer shall be responsible for the payment of such cancellation fees. However, this will only be granted if, when concluding a special agreement, the hotel notifies the customer of its obligation to pay the cancellation fee. All items handed over to the hotel for maintenance can be stored for up to 7 days. If you are not picked up within these 7 days, you will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of this item and the hotel is no longer responsible for this item. If, at the time of acceptance of the request for accommodation contracts, the hotel does not require payment of the application fee described in Article 3(2) or has not indicated a due date for payment, the accommodation contracts shall be treated as a special agreement in accordance with paragraph 1. (1) Payment for accommodation can be made in cash or through coupons, traveller`s cheques, hotel vouchers, credit cards or other payment methods accepted at our hotels.

(2) If you make purchases outside the cost of your accommodation, you will either have until the end of a certain period to pay this amount, or you will be charged directly for the payment of this amount. 2. Upon entry into force of the accommodation contracts referred to in paragraph 1, the customer shall pay the hotel an amount not exceeding the basic rate of accommodation for the specified stay (equivalent to a stay of 3 days, for a stay of 4 days or more) until the date indicated by the hotel. (1) Be sure to lock your guest room every time you go out during your stay. (2) Make sure that the door lock (door protector) is closed when you are in your guest room, especially before bedtime. If you use a parking space offered by the hotel to park your vehicle, whether the vehicle key has been deposited with our hotel or not, Candeo Hotels only offers a parking space. This does not mean that we are responsible for a vehicle. Candeo Hotels will indemnify you accordingly for any damages related to our ability or inability to make a reservation or other arrangement. However, this does not apply to cases in which Candeo Hotels is not liable for damages.

3. Once the hotel has granted the guest access to the rooms, even if he has decided not to stay or use these rooms, the hotel will always charge the accommodation fee to the guests. (4) Do not use the guest rooms as an office, for business purposes, for parties or for purposes other than accommodation without our permission. (5) Do not move, modify or change the furniture and equipment of the rooms without our consent. (6) Do not take furniture or appliances inside a guest room outside the room. (7) Do not place anything outside the window that damages the outside of the hotel. 1. Guests must register the following information at the hotel reception on the first day of their stay. 2. Before the date of the stay, the hotel can contact guests via the contact details provided in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1, to confirm reservations, etc.

In this case, guests will respond, unless there are unavoidable circumstances. 1. The customer may not let other people spend the night at the hotel, assign or resell accommodation contracts or let other people use the hotel facilities for guests without the prior written consent of the hotel. 2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in cases where the Hotel accepts a special agreement, unless such particular agreement violates the laws of Japan or generally established practices, such special agreement shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions. (1) Check the emergency evacuation card attached to the door of each room to ensure your safety in case of emergency. (2) Do not allow anyone other than the guests you specify to use your accommodation. (3) Please note that guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay alone at Candeo hotels. .
